Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@delaurelio.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or correct your order.
